Placing an Order

Once your order is received online or in person, we start working on it right away so it can be shipped as soon as possible. However, all orders can take up to 48 hours processing time before being shipped. Please note the following back ordered and pre-order items do not begin processing until our launch date. 

If your in-stock item has not been shipped within the time-frame listed on the item's description page, please send us an email at clientservices@madambelle.com as soon as you place your order with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Number or Description of item not yet shipped

Orders received after 1 p.m. central time (CT) will begin processing the following business day. Please note that business days refer to Monday - Friday and exclude holidays (see below). This means that if you place an order after 1 p.m. CT on a Friday, it we will start processing the following Monday.

Overnight shipments placed after 1 p.m. CT on Friday will not be shipped until Monday and will not arrive to your location until Tuesday.

Holidays include:

New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Tracking Your Package

Soon after placing an order, you will receive a tracking number by email. You can use this number to track the progress of your package as it is delivered to you.

 

Shipping Your Order

Carriers we use: USPS and UPS for domestic. USPS Priority for Canada.
We also may use other carriers. You can select your shipping method at checkout. but not carrier.

 

Free Shipping

Madam Belle offers free standard shipping for orders over $100 (excluding taxes).  Free shipping orders are shipped through UPS or USPS carrier. No promo code needed. Select the free shipping option at checkout.

 

Products Lost or Damaged in Transit

We can't guarantee the performance of our carriers, but we will do as much as we can to make sure your order arrives on time and undamaged. However, Madam Belle  cannot be held liable for lost, late or damaged packages.

Madam Belle  will do everything in our power to ensure prompt delivery on all orders. However, due to acts of nature and others issues, there are times when our chosen carriers are not able to perform the service requested. Madam Belle cannot issue refunds for shipping charges for delayed packages.

 

WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the shipping address is entered correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please send us an email at clientservice@madambelle.com as soon as you place your order with the following information:

  • Order number
  • Number or Description of item

We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so. The only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. If it does get returned back to our warehouse, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

 

CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER

If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible within one hour of placing the order. If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once it is received by following the standard return policy. Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International orders may be subject to local charges. Any customs or import duties and associated fees are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Madam Belle cannot be held responsible for any additional charges on your order, nor can we accept a return of the order in this case. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and Madam Belle will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence.
